- Marketing Savvy – 317 Anapuni Loop was previously listed with another brokerage firm for about a year before we took it on. We did list the lot for a considerably higher price for about 6 months and we encouraged the owner to leave it off the market for a bit and when we brought it back on at a lower price we gave it a fresh look and really ramped up the marketing for the property. - PassionWe have a very strong passion and love for living the Ka’anapali Life. Consequently, we are able to convey many of the most desirable aspects of living in Ka’anapali to potential buyers in a genuine and passionate way.
- Strong negotiation Skill Set – After we re-listed the property for $525,000 we were able to put it under contract almost immediately at full price, but due to some very unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances that buyer was unable to close on the property. When we put the property back on the market, our seller asked us to raise the asking price to $565,000, which we obliged. Shortly thereafter, we received an offer that was significantly under this price, but after several counter offers we were able to negotiate on behalf of our seller client to come to an agreement at $525,000-100% of the original asking price.
