Jim and Laura have been coming to Maui for years and knew what they wanted. After making the decision to purchase, they were very thorough with their research in finding their perfect condo. They ultimately decided on the Whaler complex Unit 907, a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, which has approx. 905 sq.ft. with a large lanai providing over 200 sq.ft. of covered lanai space. The lanai has two doors to allow you access, one from the living room and the other from the bedroom.

In the past, the sales had been slow, I think due to the extensive ongoing work that tended to turn many buyers away – but now it is such a refreshing new complex that is bringing back the buyers.
