The developers at Honua Kai have just released their two final 3 bed/3 bath panoramic ocean view penthouse suites at The Honua Kai Resort and Spa in Ka’anapali, Maui. These two units have been available for sale on the mercurial developer offering list, but this is the first time that they have gone on the Maui MLS. There are only 11 units in total on the 10th floor in the Hokulani Tower, 4 of the 11 are three bedroom units on the inner courtyard and the others are all on the backside of the building facing the mountain.

One of the coolest things about the view from Hokulani #1025 is that you can see both the islands of Lanai (left) and Molokai (right). Molokai is especially stunning to gaze at on the clearest days. Also, from this elevation in the building, you will experience year-round sunsets and panoramic whale watching.

Hokulani #1037 Offered at Almost $3M

Hokulani #1037 sits at the top right corner of the building if looking towards the ocean. It measures 2,380 sq.ft. with a squiggly shaped lanai measuring 930 sq.ft. The floorplan of this unit is substantially different from others in the resort, so please do let me know if you would like a copy of this.

The view from Hokulani #1037 is more oriented towards the South and the island of Lanai, you don’t get the dual island exposure that you have in Hokulani #1025 nor the year-round sunsets.
